    How to Order/Reserve

    Fandomination uses a reservation process for securing orders.
    Please reserve only if you’re 100% sure.

    A. Individual Orders

    1. Fill out the reservation/order form.
    2. Please wait for the confirmation email from upgradegraphics.ph@gmail.com. It will be sent within 48 hours upon receipt of your reservation.
    3. Please pay within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email/bill. Otherwise, reservation will be invalid.
    4. Show/email proof of payment through either of the following:
    • O.R. Number (Bank Transfer)
    • Transaction Number (GCASH)

          No proof of payment, no delivery.

    1. Your order will be queued for delivery once proof of payment has been received. Cut-off for delivery queues is 11:00am every Thursday (+08:00 GMT - Philippines). Queued deliveries will be sent out every Saturday.
    2. Once your order has been sent out, you will be notified of your tracking number by e-mail or SMS.



    B. Bulk Orders (5 items or more online)

    1. Fill out the reservation/order form.
    2. Please wait for the confirmation email from upgradegraphics.ph@gmail.com. It will be sent within 48 hours upon receipt of your reservation.
    3. Please pay the 50% deposit within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email. Otherwise, reservation will be invalid.
    4. Show/email proof of payment through either of the following:
    • O.R. Number (Bank Transfer)
    • Transaction Number (GCASH)

    No proof of payment, no delivery.

    1. Please allow 1 week for production.
    2. When the production of your order is complete, you will be notified via e-mail or SMS.
    3. Please pay the remaining 50% within 3 days of receiving the notification. Otherwise, your order will be put on hold. If you fail to pay the remaining 50% within 3 days after your order has been put on hold (6 days total), your order will be cancelled. The first 50% payment will not be returned.
    4. Your order will be queued for delivery once proof of payment has been received. Cut-off for delivery queues is 2:00pm every Friday. queued deliveries will be sent out every Saturday.
    5. Queued deliveries will be sent out every Saturday.
    6. Once your order has been sent out, you will be notified of your tracking number by e-mail or SMS.
